Campaign message send rejected

Event name: campaign.send_rejected

A message could not be sent (insufficient credits, invalid contact, or provider rejection). Scope: location-scoped. Delivered as a signed HTTP POST to your Webhooks URL.

Numeric string for location-scoped events; null for brand-scoped events.

Response

Your endpoint acknowledges receipt with any 2xx. A non-2xx response or a timeout (>10s) is treated as a failed delivery.

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
