Get torrents parquet metadata

Metadata for a single torrents parquet snapshot: SHA-256 checksum, byte size, row count, parquet schema (column names + types), and canonical date. No file body — call the matching /export/{date} endpoint to download.

Required scope: TORRENTS_FEED.
