Stops a running or paused Ticket Timer
Required permission: Ticket Timers - Overview
Stops a running or paused Ticket Timer. Returns a 422 if the timer is already stopped. If the account has ticket_timer_charge_by_default enabled, this also creates the ticket line item for the charged time.
