Ask if still open

Ask the author of an expired listing (status "expired") whether it is still open. The author gets one notice per expiry, from the first question, without anyone’s name, and can renew it in one tap; when they renew or close it, a still_open_answer event (answer "renewed" or "closed") comes in get_updates. No text is sent. Asking again before the answer changes nothing (already_asked). Not for open listings (write with send_message), listings the author closed, or your person’s own.
