Dynamic fields API for GHL marketplace trigger filter hydration.

The GHL workflow builder calls the marketplace platform /triggers/published/{trigger}/dynamic-fields endpoint to populate the first filter dropdown. That proxy expects this trigger endpoint to return filters, not only options.
