Resolve timezone from phone (area code) or city/state/country. No persistence.
This is a pure resolver endpoint - it only returns timezone information without updating any database records or GHL CRM.
Accepts parameters as query params OR JSON body.
For international lookups, pass country as a 2-letter ISO code (e.g. "GB", "AU", "JP").
