Recover Installation

Attempt to recover an expired installation without requiring reinstall.

Tries multiple recovery methods:

  1. Normal token refresh (if refresh token is still valid)
  2. Agency token exchange (if agency installation has valid token)

Args: sub_account_id: The GHL location/sub-account ID x_admin_api_key: Admin API key for authentication

Returns: Dict with success status, recovery method used, and details
