Where to fetch an item’s bytes

Signed when asked for, for five minutes: an upload’s file, or a web page as it was fetched — its current version, or one named. A download, named after the item — or, with inline=true, shown in place, for a type that cannot run script (raster images, PDF, plain text); any other type, a page’s HTML among them, is still a download.
