Open a revision of a live post

A published post is not edited in place. This returns its open revision, or makes one: a draft holding the live text and images, with revisesId set. PATCH and submit it like any draft; when it goes out its text replaces the live post's (same URL, id and first-publication date). At most one open revision per post. 409 not_published on a post that is not live.
