Backoffice

Fetch a single AI artifact by its version id (primary key of AiArtifact). `versionId` matches the naming used in the dashboard's artifact API and in the `[Artifact: <title> (ID: <artifactId>, Version: <versionId>)]` markers embedded in AgentSummary.answer. Used by the backoffice Agent Summaries UI to preview the artifact referenced by a summary on-demand.
