Ai Agents

Marks an approved artifact version as in-progress the moment the user clicks the approval action, so a reload mid-run shows the right state. Takes no body: `in_progress` is the only transition the client owns, so the status is implied by the call. Every later transition is written by the agent through `/ai-retrievers/artifacts/approval-status`.
