Create Endpoint

Create a new endpoint for the application.

When secret is null the secret is automatically generated (recommended).

post/api/v1/app/{app_id}/endpoint

Format: base64 encoded random bytes optionally prefixed with whsec_. It is recommended to not set this and let the server generate the secret.

Outgoing messages will be throttled to this rate.

Optional unique identifier for the endpoint.
