Analyze an expert report

Requires the briefs scope. Analyzes a document registered on the matter as an expert report: its methodology, stated opinions, assumptions, data sources and apparent vulnerabilities. attack (the default) reads the other side's report; mirror red-teams your own draft before service. Runs as a job; poll GET /jobs/{id} or listen for report.completed. The result is stored on the matter as case_context.target_report, where every later brief on the matter reads it, as in the app. Free. Native text only: a scanned report fails with a message asking for a text copy. With a test key a fixed, labelled sample is returned at once.
