Get a job

Requires the read scope. Any job's status and, once it has succeeded, its result: for an extraction the facts it wrote to the matter and which documents it read; for a report analysis the structured target_report; for a brief a pointer to GET /briefs/{id}. Results are read from the matter, so a matter deleted since has none to show.
