Which environment's events to return. Defaults to production; pass 'sandbox' to see sandbox/test-mode events.

Only return events that occurred at or before this timestamp (UTC when no offset is given). To page backwards, pass the timestamp of the last event of the previous page and keep offset at 0; events sharing that timestamp are returned again, so skip ids you already have.
