Installs, trial starts, install-to-trial rate, ad spend, CPI, and install-cohorted revenue (e.g. D4/D14/D30 proceeds) per acquisition campaign, ad set, ad, or country. Installs for ad dimensions come from MMP install matching; trials and revenue come from attributed events; spend and CPI require a connected ad account and exist on the campaign dimension only. Requires charts:read scope.
