Get an article by key or slug with resources.

Scoped to team-owned + global articles: a member of one team must not read another team's article just by knowing its key (SUP-339 / BOLA). An end-user caller gets 404, not the article, for a draft or retired article reached by key (SUP-1007) — same signal as a nonexistent key.
