Get persistent tool state

Returns the tool's persistent key-value state, exposed to runs as sourceData.persistedState. It is read at the start of each saved-tool run and written back after successful runs. State is unencrypted; never store credentials in it. Values matching known credentials of the tool's systems are masked in the response.
