Create a template

Create a new template in a workspace. Both generic and WhatsApp template bodies use {{1}}, {{2}}, and so on for variables, numbered consecutively in occurrence order without spaces or repeated numbers. Bind attributes through content.variables using the matching position. Single-brace text such as {1} is literal text, not a variable.
