Resolve a place name to a code

Start here. Every other operation takes a code, and this is the only one that accepts a name. Matching is diacritic-insensitive (toolo finds Töölö) and results are best-match first.

Not tier-gated: a name is not paid data.

The name to look for. Blank or missing is a 400.

kind'postal_area' | 'municipality' | 'region'

Restrict to one kind of place. Any other value is a 400.

limitinteger

Clamped into 1..50 without error: 0 becomes 1, 999 becomes 50.
