Data licence and source attribution

The machine-readable licence and per-source attribution for everything this API serves: eight upstream datasets, each naming its own licence. The statistics are CC BY 4.0; the nearby-places data is Digitransit (CC BY 4.0), the Suomi.fi service catalogue (PTV, CC0 1.0), OpenStreetMap (ODbL 1.0) and LIPAS (CC BY 4.0), and those four sources carry a derivation describing how the nearby-places database was built from them. Cite the original publisher, not Suomiatlas, when reusing figures.
