Everything needed to build a flow: every trigger source (channels it can fire on, whether it needs keywords, its config), every node type (input and output ports, config fields and allowed values, which are terminal), the enums, the placeholders, the structural rules, and this account's live options: custom fields, tags, bookable services, flows (for goto_flow), comment triggers (for linked comment flows), the plan's node and flow caps. Read it before composing a definition. Requires the read scope.
