Update an appointment

Edit details and/or status, the portal's edit form. Send only what changes. Detail edits are pushed to the connected calendars; a status change to cancelled removes the calendar event and fires appointment.cancelled. To move the time use reschedule, which checks the slot. Requires the write scope.
