Get the account overview

The numbers behind the portal's Overview page, computed by the same data layer: a rolling window against the same length of time before it (current/previous pairs). Messages per channel, AI vs automation replies, flow entries (with an attached comment trigger's fires on the flow's own row so a comment is never counted twice), standalone comment trigger fires, contacts, appointments with the next few, knowledge gaps by status, what needs a human, API sends, and plan usage for the billing cycle. Usage is always the billing cycle, whatever the range. Requires the read scope.

Query parameters

range'7d' | '30d' | '90d'

Window: 7d, 30d or 90d. Default 30d, which is what the page shows. The previous window is the same length, so 7d compares against the 7 days before it.
