Field-level modification log for a LEI record

Changed on

Return the audit trail of field-level changes applied to a LEI record (and its linked relationship records). Each entry carries the modified field (XPath pointer into the CDF XML schema), modification type (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), prior value, new value, and change date. Useful for detecting entity status flips, address changes, renewal events, and ownership restructurings.
