Historical perpetual funding rate for a crypto asset
Changed onFunding rate history of the asset's perpetual futures, from the venues that publish an hourly funding rate. That is fewer venues than the current funding rate covers: a venue is in the history only where each of its rates states the period it covers. Each venue's hourly rates are scaled to an 8-hour rate and averaged per UTC bucket; the buckets are then averaged across venues with equal weight. Only completed buckets are returned.
