Upload Thumbnail Person Photo
Upload a JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP image, maximum 10 MiB, as the multipart file field. Requires channel update access. Returns a team-owned public URL; pass it to manageThumbnailPerson with add_person_photo to register the photo. This upload alone does not add the person. Uploads are not idempotent; do not blindly retry an ambiguous result.
