List delivery history

List delivery attempts for a webhook, ordered newest first. Use this to debug failed deliveries — each record shows the HTTP status returned by your endpoint, the response body, attempt count, and next retry time.

Delivery lifecycle: pending → delivered on 2xx, or pending (retried) → failed → eventually abandoned after 5 attempts.
