Get Partner Sms Consent

Get SMS Consent

Returns whether the partner's outreach phone number has consented to receive SMS. Consent belongs to the number, not the partner. The status is null if consent has never been requested from the number (or the partner has none), and otherwise one of pending, granted or revoked.
