sort_by'default' | 'created_at' | 'current_ship_date'

default puts open cases that need attention first, then orders by next touch, then newest. sort_order does not apply to it.

Filter to open (true) or resolved (false) cases

needs_attentionboolean nullable

Filter by whether the case needs attention

type__inSalesOrderCaseType[] nullable

Filter by case type

business_group__instring[] nullable

Filter by the sales order's business group (any of)
