Remove a Business Unit from a Mailbox

Removes a single business unit assignment from a shared mailbox. If the mailbox has no remaining assignments after removal it becomes unscoped and visible to all users in the organisation. For a hybrid mailbox, the paired SendGrid sender is kept scoped identically. Requires organisation admin.
