List Model Syncs

List the sync runs of an integration model, newest first, with the file and the uploader of each file sync.

model_id is a linked model ID (lim_…). A linked integration is the record behind a connector (a v2 connection), and a linked model is one data type in it. Connection model IDs (ign_cx_mdl_…) are not accepted.
