Legal business name (Stripe customer name).

billing_emailstring nullable

Email Stripe sends invoices to; null clears it.

default_payment_method_idstring nullable

Stripe payment-method id to set as the invoice default; omit to leave the current default unchanged. (Save a new card first via the Payment Element from POST /billing/session, then pass its id here.)
