Call the public docs MCP server

A read-only MCP server (Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses) that needs no sign-in. It advertises the resources capability: resources/list names llms.txt, the homepage as Markdown, this OpenAPI spec and the MCP manifest, and resources/read returns each one. It has no tools; to act on a workspace, use mcpJsonRpc.
