Get Observability Iteration Detail
Ordered operations for one trace iteration (reads agent_traces).
Ordered by timestamp then a chat → tool_call → output tiebreak (sequence_number is not yet emitted). Tenant scoping makes a cross-tenant iteration_id return an empty list — same as "not found", no existence leak.
