The UK and US measures for a destination (free)

The measures GOV.UK lists for the destination (arms embargo, trade sanctions, other trade restrictions, ECOWAS restrictions), each with GOV.UK's own page, and with US export rules (rules includes us) the US country controls in 15 CFR Part 746. Transit control applies to goods passing through the UK to every listed destination, so it is returned only with transit=true. A destination with no measure says so with the date of GOV.UK's list. No list is screened and nothing is charged. Whether your goods are caught depends on what they are: this is never a licensing decision.
