List available webhook events

Returns the list of webhook events this tenant is allowed to subscribe to.

The returned events are filtered based on:

  • The tenant’s plan features (must include outbound webhooks)
  • Governance entitlements (for graph, SLA, and risk events)
  • Compliance entitlements (for compliance-related events)

Each event includes a human-readable label, category, description, and (when available) a sample payload for automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
