List automated test results

Automated evidence-collection results with a summary header. Response is {summary, results} (not the {success,data} envelope). Each test appears once per integration, at its latest result, and summary counts the results after your filters. A filter value that matches nothing (including a misspelled status) returns an empty list, not an error.

Query parameters

status'passing' | 'failing' | 'error' | 'acknowledged'

Filter by result status. Leave it out to get every result. acknowledged means every flagged resource is an accepted risk.

severity'critical' | 'high' | 'medium' | 'low' | 'info'

Filter by severity. Leave it out to get every severity.

categorystring

Filter by test category, e.g. Access Control. Case and separators are ignored, so access-control matches too.

integrationIdstring

Filter to one integration (e.g. aws-123456789012).
