Repo Write Frontmatter

Set ONE flat frontmatter key on one file, as a real commit.

hash-object → temp-index write-tree → commit-tree → CAS update-ref, then the same mirror hook receive-pack fires. A concurrent push loses no work: the CAS fails and the editor retries against the new head.
