This is a POLL TARGET — the desk asks it on a timer from every open tab, so by default it may answer from a short cache. fresh=1 is for the refresh a PERSON just caused (they finished a connect flow): that one must never be told the world as it was thirty seconds ago.

A TURN gets every connected app's whole action list with it (actions, default on when a run is calling, off for the tabs that poll): what a turn does after "what is connected" is act, and it used to search for the verb one guess at a time. The sandbox's MCP client already sends its run id, so this reaches every image without a rebuild.

own_doors=1 adds the apps connected through Stormy's own door (_OWN_DOORS: Google Ads, Reddit Ads) as rows of the same shape — the app's tabs ask for it, so a Connect card knows they landed. A turn keeps the connector's list; its ads tools read those grants themselves.
