Never a redirect: R2's host is not one the app may frame, and its link is a download. The bytes come through here inline when a browser can draw them (the share link's list), as a download otherwise. A PDF is the one kind left unsandboxed, because a sandboxed frame is where Chrome refuses to run its PDF reader; everything else is sandboxed and runs nothing.
