As-reported financials

Changed on

Free Starter Stock ETF Pro

Returns raw XBRL facts keyed by the concept the filer used, without mapping to curated line items. Includes both standard US-GAAP taxonomy concepts and company-specific custom extensions. Useful for accessing the full set of reported line items.

For each concept and period the most recently filed value is served, so a restated comparative in a later report replaces the originally filed figure.

Quarterly entries also contain derived values for concepts the filer reports only cumulatively: Q4 from the annual value minus the year-to-date values, and Q2/Q3 from year-to-date cumulatives (typically cash-flow items). Derived values are listed under synthetic sources keys instead of an accession number.

This endpoint has no restatement trail: sources shows which filing supplied each served value, not the value it replaced. For prior values (before), use the income-statement, balance-sheet and cash-flow-statement endpoints.

Query parameters

Raw XBRL facts by period, the most recently filed value per concept

periodstring

fiscalYearinteger

The company's fiscal year (handles non-December year-ends, AAPL FY ends Sep, COST FY ends Aug).

fiscalPeriod'FY' | 'Q1' | 'Q2' | 'Q3' | 'Q4' | 'TTM'

Fiscal period of a reported value: FY (annual), Q1-Q4 (quarterly), or TTM (trailing twelve months).

factsobject

Flat key-value pairs of financial metrics. Keys are namespace-prefixed XBRL concept names (e.g. us-gaap:NetIncomeLoss, aapl:MachineryEquipmentAndInternalUseSoftwareNet). Includes both standard US-GAAP and company-specific custom extensions. Values are as filed, with no currency conversion or scaling. The only exception are derived quarterly values, listed under a Recon key in sources. For foreign private issuers they may be in the issuer's own reporting currency, and a single filing can carry more than one currency, so do not assume USD here. Use the curated income-statement / balance-sheet / cash-flow-statement endpoints for USD-normalized values.

sourcesobject

Map of SEC accession number to the filing that supplied values in facts, sorted by dateFiled ascending. A filing whose values were all replaced by later filings does not appear. A concept normally appears under exactly one entry. When the filer reported it more than once for the same period (for example over two different date ranges), every filing involved is listed and facts holds one of those values.

Derived quarterly values use a synthetic key instead of an accession number and are listed last: Q4-Recon-FY-9M, Q4-Recon-FY-H1-Q3 or Q4-Recon-FY-Q1-Q2-Q3 for Q4, and Q2-Recon-H1-Q1, Q3-Recon-9M-H1 or Q3-Recon-9M-Q1-Q2 for Q2/Q3.

There is no before field here. The restatement trail is only on the income-statement, balance-sheet and cash-flow-statement endpoints.

dateFiledstring date

SEC filing date of the original periodic report covering this period (the 10-K, 20-F or 40-F for annual entries, the 10-Q for Q1-Q3 quarterly entries, the annual report for Q4). Format: YYYY-MM-DD. Amendments are never used here; this is always the period's first disclosure date. Values in facts can come from later filings (restated comparatives, amendments), so use each sources entry's own dateFiled / acceptedAt to tell when a specific value became public. Absent when no periodic report covering this period is on file.

acceptedAtstring date-time

EDGAR acceptance timestamp of the filing whose date sits next to it (dateFiled, or filingDate on insider transactions). Always ISO 8601 in UTC with second precision, e.g. 2024-11-01T10:01:36Z. Optional: omitted when that filing date is absent or the acceptance time is unknown (common for older filings and for the most recent ones, whose acceptance time is filled in after a short delay). Normally on the same calendar day as the filing date. Exceptions: a filing accepted after EDGAR's daily cutoff (5:30 p.m. ET for most forms, 10 p.m. ET for insider Forms 3, 4, 5 and 144) is dated the next business day, and an acceptance late in the Eastern evening is already the next day in UTC.
