Stock trades disclosed by U.S. Senators in a given company, one row per disclosed transaction, newest transaction first. Sourced from the periodic transaction reports (PTRs) senators must file under the STOCK Act within 45 days of a trade, published on the Senate's electronic financial disclosure system (eFD).

Data is served as disclosed: amounts are the reported ranges (amountMin/amountMax, amountMax is null for open-ended bands), trades by a spouse, jointly or by a dependent child carry the owner code, and amended reports appear next to the original (isAmendment). notificationDate and capGainsOver200 are House-only fields and are always null here. The company match is best-effort: linkConfidence is high when the disclosed ticker resolved, lower when only the asset name matched. Paper-filed reports have no machine-readable transactions and are therefore absent here; see /api/congress/senate/trades/by-member and /trades/recent, which list them with their source URL.

Stock ticker symbol. Identify the entity by exactly one of: symbol, cik, cusip, composite_figi, or share_class_figi. At least one is required.

cikinteger

SEC Central Index Key (CIK).

cusipstring

CUSIP identifier (9 characters).

Composite OpenFIGI identifier.

share_class_figistring

Share-class OpenFIGI identifier.
