List the account's spare trading cards that another account wants

A spare is a copy the account's badge does not need: owned copies minus the sets still needed to reach level 5, or level 1 for foil. Only cards that at least one other account wants are returned: it watches the card, has it on its wishlist or needs it to finish a set. Use item.findWanters to see who wants a card.
