Incidents on every service the API key's team can see, newest started_at first. Always paginated. A key with no team scope receives an empty page.

Earliest started_at to include.

tostring date

Latest started_at to include; must not precede from.

source_idstring uuid

Only this service's incidents. Must be a service the team can see.

Out-of-range values are clamped rather than rejected.
