Waves now from the nearest NOAA NDBC buoy within 150 km (measured: true), else model values; tides (NOAA predictions, or model); the swell forecast; weather; webcams.

Answer within this many milliseconds (300-10000). Parts not ready by then come back as {"state": "loading"} and keep loading in the background, so asking again shortly gets them; such an answer is not cached. Without it the API waits for every source (cached answers take ~100 ms; a cold one up to ~5 s).
