Get a resort's live status

Every lift's status from the resort's own lift board, official road conditions on its access routes (where we have a source), model weather and snow at the lower and upper lift elevations, webcams (the resort's own first; some with their position on the mountain) and nearby resorts.

Answer within this many milliseconds (300-10000). Parts not ready by then come back as {"state": "loading"} and keep loading in the background, so asking again shortly gets them; such an answer is not cached. Without it the API waits for every source (cached answers take ~100 ms; a cold one up to ~5 s).
