The right first call for agents: search across series ids, indicators, geographies, and dataset titles, then fetch or pin what you found. Pages with limit + offset; meta.hasMore says whether a next page exists.

Restrict to one source slug.

Defaults to 50 with q, else all remaining from offset.

Skip the first N rows. Paging is stable within the 60s catalog snapshot.
