Change every person with a Future-* status to Active

Changed on

Accepts any status beginning with "Future-". Reads _design/basic/_view/all_by_status_and_name. Each changed person gets a flight.history status line and updated metadata.updated_at and metadata.updated_by, the same as an individual status edit. Matched people who are on a flight are still changed and listed in assignedToFlight.
