List the current Grid agreement documents

Retrieve the current version and Grid-hosted URL of every agreement Grid supports. Supply an entry's version as termsVersion when recording a customer's acceptance of that agreement. The list is a catalog of available agreements, not a list of the agreements a given customer is required to accept.
